Its a fine day here, bit breezy but not complaining as the sun is out.

Only 30 mins and I'm heading out for a 6 mile walk with doggy and friend to raise money for Help 4 Heroes, so far raised £203.50, will try and nab abit more on walk

Fireworks were amazing last night although i think I still have ash in my eyes - bleurgh!!

I am in a vile mood and want to spend the entire day on the sofa. Have to go to yard as doing New Lad for Friend today and tomorrow. Is probably a good thing really, get me off my very fat ar$e and out into the big world.

Today it much the same as yesterday, last day off before 4x12hr shifts so going to spend a bit of time at the stables with the horses, and then do more research for assignment...booooo
It's a dull drizzly day here today but no wind. So they will be waiting eagerly for their brekkie.

Hi everyone. After feeling great this morning and getting haynets and mucking out done so no chores to do tonight, I now feel a bit s****y. Dunno what's wrong with me, but think it could have something to do with waking up at 2.30am and not getting back to sleep until 4am, than getting up at 6am. Plus the fluorescent lights at work make my head sore. Boo, feeling very sorry for myself this morning.

Jut been up to muck Charlie out as I won't have time later due to picking various children up from different parties.

I finally got the farrier up to look at Pixie this morning and typically she was the soundest she has been in over a week

They couldn't find anything wrong with her so we think she has trod on something and just bruised her sole. At least she's on the mend

Know the feeling Mrs M - I do the riding club newsletters and yearbook and have it looming over my head. Keep putting it off but won't be able to much longer. Youre right, the office isn't too bad, good friends and on wet, cold days I'm grateful I'm not mucking out, or traipsing across muddy fields trying to catch ponies etc.
May I suggest a hot choccy to calm yourself before tackling the jobs?

was gona start thread off this morn but thought i was being blind and couldnt find it!

went for nice hack, archie has his first trot on road today and seemed fine

gona hack over to that field tomoz and have a look and a canter

gona start planning ride for saturday

and got fun ride planned for 6th dec, it will be cleo's first one

so hopefully she will behave

been thinking about doing endurance with her but will see how she copes with fun rides first

I'm feeling a little better now luckily. I suffer from trigeminal neuralgia and I think it's starting to flare up, that usually makes me pretty ill and knocks me for 6. Maybe I shouldn't wear my riding hat tonight. She needs some exercise though so if I'm not riding I'm definitely lungeing. I did all my mucking out etc this morning so just need to exercise, feed and put to bed for the night

Argh I am so so angry. For 6 months I have been on the wrong pay, and they STILL haven't sorted it out. I have spoken to my line manager many times, chasing it A LOT, and he's always said he's passed it over to his Manager and is waiting for her to get back to him. Now it's turned into quite a substantial amount, and I want what it is owed to me. Here's the story;

I started off working here as a temp and after a month I was offered a permnanet full time position as a sales development rep at such and such price. After having recieved 3 wrong contracts stating I was a Customer Sales Advisor on such a such amount, I finally stamped my feet and made (well he willing) signed a piece of paper saying I was a SDR on such and such amount. (this was a back up!)

Anyway, 2 months ago I went to my HR Manager and said what the hell is going on - she replied telling me that my job role does not exist and the amount I am on is correct - I went straight to my Line Manager and asked what is going on! He said she is wrong and I am definitely right (The General Manager of the whole of Total Butler made me my role and made me what I should be today!)

Anyway a couple of weeks later, my Line Manager approaches me and tells me that I have to reapply for my job and I WILL get paid my back pay - 1 pay check down, still not there... I approach him last week and he said it will definitely be in my pay check this time.... but today I asked again - to check (as I know what he is like) and he said it won't be this pay check.

I am so so angry and have been messed around so much I really feel like walking - but that won't help matters. I have an interview for elsewhere and if I get this other job, I bet you any money they'll refuse to pay me my back pay.

I am so so angry. Cups of tea/coffee/hot chocolate for anyone who has made it this far. But what the hell can I do?

He's already turned on me a couple of times because I keep pestering him for it - but it is my right, and he is really useless at getting things sorted for anyone - one guy at work is chasing commission from Christmas last year!!!!

This is our team seems to work on favouritism, and if you're not in with the "clique" nothing gets done.

Afternoon everyone!!

So, I've had an awful headache(probably a migraine, as I'm sick and can't look at lights etc) but, this morning, although fuzzy I'm ok

I am a little bit cross though, as saddler has said they can't get to me until next week!

We can't do next week, so rang another saddler, in Devon, yes, you heard right, Devon, and they can come next Wednesday!!!

They also gave me lots of advice about what to do until they could get to us

So, P_P rode today, and Kodak was a little angel, then son rode the big mare, also a good girl. I have decided to leave Puzzle's clip until the end of the week as he is filthy and it's grey and murky her, but meant to get better

I have also washed and proofed two more rugs, so getting through them, ready to go to their new owners

Samstar - Well, well done!!! Fabulous and the pictures are brilliant!

CCP - poor you, with a broken horse box, when you get on that forum, they'll all be offering to fix it!!

Mrs M - don't be in a bad mood!

Trussardi -Forgot to say, if you have a contract signed by your manager and HR stating your position, take a photocopy, present it to them with a well written letter, explaining that, if the matter is not resolved, you will be taking legal advice.
