Thats because he is a GP not and orthopod or physio so knows nothing about knees!! Can you either see another doctor at the practise or ask for a referral to a physio or just find a good physio - they will be able to give you a better idea of what it may be and what you can do to help it. You are getting an inflammatory response so there is clearly something wrong - maybe your cartilage or tendon, there are lots of things it could be - stupid quack

If all else fails go to vet and get bute and box rest......

I just read all that and am still none the wiser. I think f_s has a clicking boob and Samstar is all soggy. Slinks is contemplating o/d-ing on chocolate.

I am feeling full of positivity and have done lots of research this evening. D and I have made some plans. Life isn't looking rosey, or if it is then we're currently holding the stems and they've still got the thorns in

, but, we'll go down fighting! Damn recession.

Apart from a handful from a box a friend brought at the weekend, I have had no choccy for days now! And, no Coke for days either. Might have to break out the hot chocolate and marshmallows (courtesy of the ISHY one

Have the hot choccy - coke withdrawal is bad - make sure you drink lots of water as you will be missing the sugar and caffeine from the coke - takes about 3/4 days to get it out of your system.

Ah, good thinking that woman! Probably counts for the headache/super stress stuff

. When I have this head on, I can do just about anything - the other head on and things aren't so good.
