Just been on to a friend who knows this person well and she's saying they have put the wrong picture up, and that it should be a black gelding she has for sale
It's the work and the travelling thing. Pah. Contract ends on Friday. Soooooooo much work to do.
Might have a sharer for Little Lad! Just need to flog his flipping expensive (for a little pony) saddle that doesn't fit him any more, and get one that does fit him
.
Friend bought an ex-race horse! He is gorgeous. I look forward to them having a whole lot of fun and many, many years to come.
Hugs to all. Eyes are closing and I still have some work to do.
hi guys well i am exhausted as had a very emotional day. toby has not being doing very well and has been transfered to the glasgow vet hospitial ( the weiper centre) with a gaurded prognosis. i don't know what to do or think any more.
If only he was nearer SS - My friend would snap him up but she's unable to travel
Fingers crossed he finds a life time home!
Now sorry to really change the subject, but I've been having some food for thought which is quite dangerous when done unaccompanied
I've got a friend who has a friend (!) who is being diagnosed with Schizophrenia. So anywho, I decided to do a little bit of research on it just so I was a bit more up to speed and found some 'studies' on it
Keep with me!!
One man did a study where he told nurses at a hospital that people would be entering the hospital trying to gain access as 'fake' Schizophrenics, and they had to judge which ones were which. Of 114 patients, 68 were turned away as being the fakes. Later it was revealed that not one of the "people," had tried to gain access. So, had they turned away people with a real condition?
Also 8 people managed to trick their way into an asylum. Once they had gained entry they began to act like their normal selves. Of the 8, 7 were turned away with Schizophrenia
Like I said, REALLY random but just makes me wonder....
Tikino, I don't know what's going on but I'm sending all the vibes I can for Toby, really hope it all works out ok.
I'm a little worried about my dog tonight - she has cushings disease and has regular tests to make sure her medication is right, well she had one today and came back with both paws shaved and bloodied (usually just one where they out a catheter in) and she's limping really badly, poor thing
. Have given her some painkillers and she's sleeping but still worried and annoyed that vets seem to have hurt her
Hey all, just popping in to check in - had really sad news today so I am not in the mood for chatting so I'm just pottering about.
f_s ponio looks great - and I like the name too.
Tikino, big hugs for you and vibes for Toby - all I can say is he is in the best place literally in the world and if anyone can fix him they can. They fixed Risky and I have nothing but admiration Glasgow Vet school.
