Now that makes me feel old, people who don't know what a walnut whip is! Thankfully you can still get them.
When I was a girl, I could demolish a pack of 3, got the nuts off, nasty bitter walnuts! Then bit off the top and put my tongue inside to get the filling out and then just all that lovely very thick, teeth-breaking chocolate to finish off with...
People who haven't come across walnut whips also probably don't know who David Cassidy is...
to cut a long story short you mince/chop apples up, wrap them in cloth to make what is called a 'cheese' then squash the juice out and put it in we use big black barrels and leave to ferment takes about 6 months

How many points are you allowed? And how do you work out how many points each thing is?

I'm allowed 20 a day but it depends on your weight, age, job whether it's active or not (I sit down most of the day) and a few other things. The weightwatchers online database has a huge selection of stuff so you just search for the food, but if it's not on there there's a calculator on the website where you put in the calories and saturated fat per 100g and the portion size and it tells you how many points. It's simpler than it sounds and I remember most of the points values of the stuff I eat a lot of so just count it up in my head.
