I've just realised I have 6 bridles for 1 horse and 2 saddles!

A black dressage saddle with a black comfort bridle, a Barnsby GP with either a brown showing bridle or a Stubben split head brown bridle. Another bridle without reins for lunging, and another spare black bridle with a Market Harborough attached for hacking. And another lovely hunter type brown bridle which was Rocky's and I can't bear to part with, but does fit Axey and might start using that one for showing as my nice bridle is for sale.

Also looking at a brown double bridle for sale on AHHO!

Lots of bits and bobs but Im pretty good, I dont hoard, whatever I dont need goes straight on ebay!

Too much...
3 stubben bridles, 1 jeffries elite to match my new elite saddle...all for one horse. When I sold my 17.2, I made sure I gave away all his tack, to save me from going out and buying something big and silly again

1 Stuben bridle, 1 bridle in raspberry pink (don't ask!). 1 brand new and gorgeous GF saddle (not right - can't remember) and 1 doesn't-quite-fit Thorowgood saddle. 3 different length girths that reflect my horsey-o's life story over the last 2 years! 1 raspberry pink cooler that is getting a bit tight. 3 stable rugs in varying degrees of tightness. 2 turnout rugs ditto. at least 7 numnahs ranging from tasteful bling to show ring white. Spare bit. Spare browband. Am I normal????????
 
2 saddles - an old Wintec VSD and my new leather VSD. Two bridles, a working bridle and a showing bridle, 2 fleeces, 2 turnout rugs, 2 girths....

I think I see a trend here - one on, and one in the wash

I'm pretty bad.I have three saddles for one horse but one is for sale.Three bridles,one for working,one for showing and a spare.But rugs and numnah's are my downfall.

oh dear i have 3 bridles ,1 in hand bridle and brand new saddle!well the saddle has been used twice!! all for a horse i dont ride!! and rugs...........too many to mention for 1 horse!! have 3 numnuhs as well!!!
 
Hmm, two bridles in opperation, and other bits to make a double bridle, 2 saddles (a jump and a dressage) a breastgirth, a breastplate and a new 5point breastplate, 2long girths, a dressage girth and a stud girth, and countless rugs and bits!!

ive got loads of boots as well! havent ridden my horse in 3 years! but still buy stuff as you never know!!just bought another tail guard for travelling as i liked the colour!! shes got 2 already and i've only travelled her by box twice!! and two sets of travel boots never mind the two martingales!! spare stirrup leathers and other odds and sods!!! must sort things out and get rid off stuff!! doubt that i will! i also have my foal rugs! have just lent them to anakin for appollo and gave her a 5ft sweat rug! and i've got a new(ish! was bought over 2 yrs ago and only tried on foal once!!!) 5ft rhinegold lightweight turnout that i bought for my foal over 2 years ago and it didnt fit but i've still got it!!!!
 
Very little. I came over here with practically nothing having sold/given away 25 years worth of kit.

I have three NZ rugs, a few cotton sheets, tack for the riding horses and that's it! Tackroom is woefully empty, but then I go to the saddlery and look about and think "I don't actually NEED any of this" so come home with a book, which I also don't need, but it would be rude to come out empty handed!
 
Got loads of bridles, I have a habit of taking them apart and mixing them up so I have a big chest full of parts. 3 of mine are ridden: I have 5 "complete" bridles just now and am about to buy 2 new Stubben ones. Have 5 saddles, but 2 of those are for 1 horse so only have 1 saddle spare which I dont think is bad at all really.

2 saddles (one black DR, one brown SJ)

About 10 saddlecloths/numnahs
5 sets of polo bandages and 4 pairs of boots of various types
12 rugs and 2 neck covers

Its the rugs and saddlecloths that get me!

I must have about 30-odd bridles, 9 lovely saddles, about 40 or 50 headcollars, approx. 70 rugs, leadropes seem to disappear here but probably have about 15 although I am constantly buying them for the leadrope fairies to steal again...

I think I possibly have almost every piece of tack imaginable - and I know I hardly ever use any of them except saddles and bridles.

god i so shouldnt have done that list...iv got so much! id be a millionaire if i was horseless!

That is basicly it!

For two horses I have 3 saddles, 3 bridles, about 14 rugs (including a couple that don't fit

Well not counting the four saddles in the attic that don't actually fit anything at the moment....

A Silhouette VSD that is the daily saddle for the DalesxTB but doubles as show saddle for the highland, an imported VSD for the Highland, a Stubben dressage and Wintec close contact event saddle for the TBxID. Day to day just one bridle for each of them but a smart bridle for parties and numerous in hand bridles..also a box of bits and pieces- I could make up another 4 bridles if I needed to. A stack of about 10 numnahs, at least as many girths in varying sizes. And rugs....I haven't counted but my annual wash, reproof and repair bill just came in at nearly £200, and i washed most of the day rugs and stable rugs myself

Each of mine have one saddle, 3 bridles, two bits, two sets of stirrup irons and leathers, a breastplate, set of travelling boots and tail guard, a set of lunging equipment, two grooming kits, three headcollars, two girths, three numnahs and seven rugs
