Bought a lovely used Stubben off of a friend which fits my horse and I well but to my horror, have discovered that it is too long for all my numnahs! It's 18" and my saddles have been 17 1/2" or 18" saddles with smaller panels/deeper seats. The only numnah which fits it ok lengthwise, is my Mark Todd square pad but even that is near the seam edge.

Do they make "extra long" numnahs? Surely they must as what do people with 19" saddles do? But to be honest, I've never seen "extra long" or "extra full"pads for sale in the tack shops.

I will look into Nuumed :) and am hoping they don't do anything with too much padding. My saddle is already a good fit and just need to use a little Acavallo gel front riser with it to fill in Hattie's dippy TB pockets at the sides of her withers so basically just a plain quilted square I'm after.

Shires are tiny on my 18"!!

I always buy dressage pads for my gp saddles now as I find they are a bit more generous, there are so many colour combinations out there now that I can get nice colours in a dressage cut.

HKM dressage pads are a really decent size as are USG pads which I have recently discovered (type in USG saddlecloth into Amazon and they will come up, great quality, funky colours and only about £13 each so can't get much better then that!).
I'm on my phone at the moment but will post some piccys later so you can see how they fit.
