I purchased a Shires Full Face Mesh Fly Protection Veil With Nose Extension for £9.50 online, which arrived on 5th June and already the eye mesh has parted from the rest of the material and it's rendered useless.
Am I wrong in expecting the shop I bought it from to accept it back for a refund? I rotate the mask with 2 other types I have (as my horse is easily rubbed), my horse is kept in a paddock with electric fencing - so there's nowhere to rub or scratch the mask and it's only used during the daytime when it's used. To me, it wasn't fit for the purpose it was sold for if it can't last 3 weeks use.
