TFC is going to have a field day first thing tomorrow I'm guessing!!! I'm guessing infractions galore possibly. If I don't return for some throwaway comment I've not realised is breaching....then I'll have got another one...which will no doubt possibly ban me again [I've added a signature tonight again....that's what 'got me' last time :p Risky business! ]

I have to say, I used to date a chap, he and his mum were Romany but she settled in a house when she had him... God he was such a 'man' I never opened a door, pulled my own seat out, he would run down the road to stop me walking to his on my own in the dark and would get miffed if I set off, even though I reassured him I always carried a screwdriver in my handbag:eek::rolleyes:... There's nowt wrong with a gypsy gent IMO :D:p they know how to treat a woman:D

I've been banned three times... I will probably be banned for using the word glue, since its offensive to horses but they will let the use of genital go I suspect:D

sorry for hijacking ur thread RB, but JeeeeeZ.... when will you and Lee please learn to conform! There are plenty of folk on here who can give u instructions on how to behave/write/talk/live like a traveller if you both intend to carry on this pretence!! :D

Joking aside, is it any wonder some people are afraid to come on this forum? Many times iv seen new posters comment on how they've been warned off HHO cos its bitchy or cos they'll get accused of being either a troll or a numpty with no business even owning a picture of a horse never mind a live one.

How exactly would the finger pointers like RB/Lee to prove their identities? post full name/address/NI number/DOB on here? Would they be prepared to do the same to prove their identities? Or should people only be allowed on HHO if they can have their ID verified by an existing member?

someone talking/musing in general on a horse forum about horses....even if they arent who they say they are...so what? is it hurting or damaging me or anyone? no

its the internet, noone really knows whether anyone is who they claim to be on forum (RL friends/acquaintances excepted). These accusations every time RB & Lee post are getting boring tbh...

Honestly this troll thing is getting a little out of hand... If RB or anyone else is a troll they are usually weeded out in the end by fault of their own doing rather than forum detectives!

I wouldn't mind this isn't even an inflammatory thread! I bet if anyone else posted this it would keep on track...

For me the horse has too much white on it.

As for the rest of the "going's on" what a great way to ruin a thread! Does it really matter? As someone else said it will all come out in the wash at some stage anyway.

I don't consider RB or Lee to the one and the same person but tbh I'm more interested in proper horse talk rather than dissolving every promising thread into some kind of witch hunt if someone doesn't seem to be exactly as someone else thinks they should be. In the bigger picture does it really matter?

Point scoring.

Rileyboy, I strongly advise you to just ignore the doubters and carry on. No-one has to prove who they are here and arguing with them will make things worse. Shy says she's reported you (I don't know what for :confused:) so admin (the Fat Controller) will take action if she has grounds for complaint.

Honestly, I wouldn't argue back. If you do, it will increase peoples' suspicions of you being a troll, as it will seem you've stirred up trouble. However unfair you might think that is, it could be how it's perceived.

Who the F cares???? Can't believe people are still going on about this. RB and Lee haven't posted anything out of order, haven't offended anyone or broken the rules so does it matter whether they say they are who they say they are?

I don't think that we actually have a cucumber posting on the forum, but does it matter if someone wants to post as one???
 
It's not everyone. Most of us trust and believe you are who you say you are. Don't be put off by a few saddos with nothing better to do than to start some sort of vendetta.
