She is absolutely gorgeous, congratulations!!

Surussus was the first word came to mind with "softly spoken" but you'd call her Susy anyway.

Oh how gorgeous - just can't beat an ex-racer!!!

Names are so personal so it is worth taking your time - Solstice and Merry came to mind for the time of year you got her but I guess you just need to hit on the one that fits her personality when you get to know her.

Thank you all for the wonderful name suggestions! I tried some on for size and were lovely but just not “hers”. Turned her out with her new friends and Darcie just came out…and I think that’s the one!

She’s been an absolute angel so far, probably the best behaved on the yard!
That’s nice. I called mine ‘the little horse’ for weeks and weeks til one just felt right. Only now he still gets called the little horse all the time too.
