In aid of The Imperial Cancer Research Fund, Essex Air Ambulance and The Essex Hunt.

ROSETTES will be awarded to all those who complete together with a horses gift from Baileys.

PRIZE
The person who raises the highest sponsorship will receive a £50 saddlery voucher.

PHOTOGRAPHS
A photographer will be situated near one of the jumps and at selected other points on the route. Photographs will be available on the day.
ENTRY FEES & SPONSORSHIP
Entries received prior to the closing date, Friday 23rd April 2010,
For riders 16 years and over on the day - £10
For riders under 15 on the day - £6

In addition to the entry fee, each rider must pay a minimum sponsorship fee of £8. This may be done by:
i. Finding his/her own sponsors and bringing the completed sponsorship form on the day, or
ii. Paying a self sponsorship fee of £8
iii. PLEASE COME PREPARED TO PAY THE FULL SPONSORSHIP MONEY ON THE DAY

Entries on the day,
For riders 16 years and over on the day - £20
For riders under 15 on the day - £15

For entries on the day, the self sponsorship fee is included within the entry fee.

What im confused about is that there are 2 different prices for entries on the day - so sorry if im being a total thicko but if i send a cheque now rather than enter on the day is that £18 entry (£10 + £8 self sponsorship)?

The advanced price for people who are 16 or over on the day of the event is:

for 16 years and above (£10 + 8 in advance) and one for under 16 ( £6 + £8 in advance)

Then there is the on the day entries lower down

not sure thinking about it, but if I do I will be entering on the day. I am doing the bluebell ride a week before so I think I will see how we cope with that and how she is and how the finances are going!
