Mine came in like that today but he doesnt have a neck. Thankfully dry but it took some grooming to get him slightly suitable for a hack! It was so busy out, we looked like right tramps!

I seem to regularly hack looking at wet muddy ears at the moment, friends horses are in at night and always look immaculate and I’m the scruffy one

I didn't take photos as I was too busy cursing them - but Alf and Fritz looked like creatures from the swamp at teatime. I walked past them on my way up to the yard at 3.30, and they were clean. When I came back half an hour later, they were both dripping liquid mud. Vile
