Zero, Zilch, nothing I have never been too hot and I hate being cold I hate snow even in a picture and I dont like my creamy white pony getting this dirty. I mind the dry frost less than the dirty sludgey slush but I still dont like it much.

Poo being largely in the stable instead of spread around a couple of acres
Horses being tucked up in the warm and dry
Being indoors when its chucking it down and freezing cold outside
Being able to wear huge jumpers and coats to hide the fat!

NH racing and hunting. A hack on a bright crisp frosty morning. Galloping and cantering on nice ground (in summer the tracks are hard and rutted).

I have to say that we've barely had a winter! We've had the first snow only a few days ago and minus temps, otherwise its been pretty dry and mild for us up here. So I cant really complain. Mine are:

No midgies / flies.
Snow making them lovely and clean! But hate when it melts (happening at mine today) as the mud is awful.

What I hate is simply fighting like mad every winter to keep weight on my 2 veteran horses :( No matter how much I rug them up and pack feed and hay into them they always lose weight.
