Thinking of selling daughters pony

I have the little pony who was bought as a companion for my mare when we moved to our own set up...I bought a pony thinking my daughter would take it up well she hasnt really she goes out on him but does'nt really seem to LOVE it although she enjoys it but never ask's to go riding only ever goes if I say "do you want to ride your pony" so now my mare has had a foal...was thinking of selling the wasted pony and perhaps buying a youngster to keep the foal happy/company (i think he's terribly bored

at times) but just at a loss really any advice what would you do gah I'm so clueless

if pony isn't getting ridden then i would get a youngster same sort of age as foal to keep it company as it does them god to have a companion same sort of age
