You guys are unbelievable. The support I have had in the last two days is incredible. Thankyou everyone.
He's home. He travelled badly, went down several times, but as soon as we turned for home he perked up and did the second half of the journey with no problems. Thankfully it was only 20 minutes or I would not have brought him back at all.
Contrary to what the physio had told me he is much more unstable than he was a week ago and the timing is right for him to leave us today. He is lovely and feisty this beautiful sunny morning, thrilled to be home. The groom was amazed at how high he managed to get his front feet in attempting to kick/climb his way out of the stable this week. That's my boy !
Just waiting for the hunt now, and also waiting for a joint tap to be done on my dressage youngster who either has terrible cellulitis or an infected hock joint. Never rains but it pours, eh?
