Morning all, foals (well yearlings now!) seem to have reduced frogs not so much the traditional black stinky thrush but I'm thinking it's the same.
They live out in a very muddy field but it does have drier parts. I've been bringing them in during the day most days to dry out but noticed they have less frog than they had. Going to have a chat with farrier today but I've been scrubbing their feet with Milton when they come in.
Should I be putting something on feet? Have sheep purple spray, hydrogen peroxide and Hypocare any of these or other suggestions?
Should I leave them permanently stabled for a couple of days/week or carry on with part time out coming in during the day?
