time to say enough is enough??

The woffle continues ;) :)

I got back into horses just over four years ago, when we bought a pony for D1. Then I bought a horse for me. Lost her two years ago after a year of on/off lameness. Bought another horse: short story is that I've claimed LoU. She'll be freezemarked as such on Wednesday.

So, three years later, me not getting any younger, and I'm still as far away from my dream as I was, possibly further as I don't have space for another horse.

My sister suffers the same as you. She isn't a rider. Has had to give up many things. Bit of a pig-headed so and so, each time she's had to stop one thing, she's found a way round/over/under it to still enjoy what she wants to enjoy. It's not what she envisaged (a PhD and no-where to wear it), but she's happy :)
