Hi, anyone know the lefalities/insruance needs for renting OUT a trailer??

Not sure about renting, but when you tow a trailer you don't need specific insurance for the trailer, as long as the car you're towing it with is legally able to tow it (weight, payload etc) then it's covered under your car insurance.
Or so I believe!

I think you need to speak to your insurer, as soon as you start renting out trailers/cars etc the insurance premiums take a serious leap.
