I have a trekker saddle which is not conventional to look at at all but is a kind of English ish western saddle. I love the fit, I have back issues and its armchair comfy for me. It has an adjustable gullet system which changes by a simple twist so you can change to suit width of my ever changing mare. I now have a mare the strides out after having a lazy kick along, I think the freedom of her shoulder is really noticeable, she was a nightmare to fit in a conventional saddle as she's big shouldered and ever changing. So far it seems really good for both of us, about 5 weeks in. It ain't pretty and some will baulk at the look but for me comfort for us both was upper most.
