Tri-coloured owners - show me your matchy matchy get ups

So having spoken with my new boy's current owner it seems that the only thing he actually needs is a new heavyweight rug (which I've managed to get in the sales ) but I'm desperate to get him some new goodies for when he moves in. Only problem is I'm at a loss as to what colours to go with.

So please can some fellow tri-coloured owners show me what colour matchy matchy sets you have?

Tri-coloured is such a vague term... if the horse's white patches were paint and you washed them off, what colour would he be? Bay, buckskin, dun, seal brown, flaxen chestnut... etc...?

I need to know as it will make such a difference to the colours that will suit him. Also does he have a small/medium/large amount of white?

Ahhhhhh stuff it... can you post a photo of the handsome beast?

With photobucket links, you now need to delete eveything before the start img code and everything (only short) after the end img code.

So this (without the spaces) -

GG2B - what a lovely bay tobiano. Many colours will suit him from subtle ones (black, white, brown and cream/beige) to more colourful choices (greens, blues, dark reds).

OP my mare is the same colour as yours and she suits most colours! Here are a few examples

Dark Grey

Black and Tan

Purple

Orange

Petrol

Light grey

Tan

Not really matchy matchy, but I love mine in his burgundy and gold saddle cloth and breastplate his bridle has brass buckles to match!

So i'd imagine dark red/ burgundy matchy matchy would work well !

They're pretty tame really compared to some I've got lol! Be brave, it's not that scary really

My little girl is very similar in colour to your new chappie. I have burgundy with gold similar to Hoof-Prints and also navy with teal.
