Just out of interest, why would you not travel in a trailer AmyMay?

Obviously I'm not AmyMay
but thought I'd add my two penneth.
If it were me in your situation there'd be no way whatsoever that I'd be travelling a stressed mare that has just been separated from her foal in a trailer, particularly if she's known to have been a less than 100% traveller in the past.
We've had several bad travellers, and it only takes for them to throw their weight around in the trailer a little bit before the car and trailer will start to snake uncontrollably
A friend of mine was travelling two horses together, towed by a LWB Landrover Defender, which started to fight (snaking their necks to bit each other and kicking out at the partitions), and it overturned the car and trailer.
I'd hate to see that happen to you and Hannah - hiring/borrowign a lorry would be MUCH safer for all concerned.
