Silly her.
Why would she be above the law though? I suspect, if anything, it's slightly "worse". After all, here we all sit talking about it and EVERYONE she does business with is going to know. Okay, people DO lose their jobs, marriages etc from a simple drink driving charge but I bet most don't.
An interesting point of the link above is how long it takes alcohol to clear your system. I know all sorts of people who wouldn't dream of driving home from a party but think nothing of partying hard, having a few hours sleep and then driving.
