The Show Jumping GP is running a bit late, but I'm sure it will be well worth the wait! 🐎

As a lucky volunteer, I've seen a lot of the SJ classes and all have been fantastic this year, especially the FEI World Cup yesterday.

I think I've also seen the Lusitanos, the Kings Troop RHA, the Shetland Pony Grand National and the dog agility about six times each, but I've not tired of them yet. 😊

Ps. These fences are MASSIVE! 🏆

PPS. I've really enjoyed Jessica Kurten's commentary after each round, it's really interesting to hear her thoughts.

I’m not sure if they said but Tom Scudamore was on Kingswell Theatre seriously good racehorse. Jumped a cracking round.

Thomas started his life with us as a racehorse then moved south to Michael's. When he retired they kept him for Tom's daughters to ride. He is such a gentleman of a horse, always has been, always will be and very pretty to boot!

The Shetland Grand National has been a fix for years and years. Every kid wins a race there. The jockeys kids get to win the last one of the week. I haven't seen it but we're Graham Lee's kids riding? One would have been in Green silks with a yellow sash on and the other would have been in blue body and green sleeved silks.

How lovely Tom's whole family get to enjoy him, what do they do with him do you know? Surprised he doesn't get invited to parade at meetings

He has done local parades at racecourses. He usually goes out show jumping and showing. Is in the top 10 of the Challenge Class at the RoR Champs every year too.

Not bothered by a horse sticking his tongue out, I've had one that used to stand in the field with his tongue hanging out. What I dislike is someone fitting a tight flash to keep the tongue in. Come to think of it OH sticks his tongue out when he's concentrating, not a great look but it's his habit.
