Tweseldown Roll Call

Just got left Tweseldown. The dressage warm up was horrid but my horse coped fine. I actually found the arena worse because of how they had moved them over slightly one minute Iyou were on quite cut up ground the next you were trying to do a transition in deep sticky mud across what was yesterday's centre line. Sj warm up was getting cut up in places but is still room to move the jumps around tomorrow. The sj arena was great considering. Xc warm up was dreadful and I only popped one jump. The course actually rode pretty well considering. I didn't worry about time and where I could avoid any cut up bits I did. From the horses i saw they all seemed to be jumping it well.
 
I'm going to go. Was quite impressed with ground mostly and drying out by the minute. Dressage warmup yuck and seriously thinking of doing little warmup at home first but rest ok. I never do much jumping warmup as horse knows his job so will go for it. Horse used to hunting so shouldn't worry about it and dont think deep enough to be risking his tendon.
 
I've spoken to my trainer and decided to go. Will just do minimal warm up, its an easy level for him so...

So if you see a one eyed horse come say hi, its me :)
