Typical TB feet, what do you think?

The problem with things like shoe secure or putting over-reach boots on - is that it covers up the problem rather than solving it. In many cases, the reason that the horse pulls front shoes off regularly is that the hooves are bad quality horn with long toes and under-run heels. The long toes changes the breakover, so the horse catches the shoe with it's hind hoof.
 
Why would you put shoe secure on feet that look like that? Please tell me?

Is it so that it can continue to have bad feet and keep on shoes that are not fitted properly?
 
Hi slight hi jak here I feed mine high fibre pony nuts and handfull of hifi with seaweed sup and salt would the bare foot pro's say that is ok and on longer but crap grass like hay really
 
Well had to change farrier 6 months ago as feet were far to long and was just a rush so new farrier now got natural balance shoes on but pulled a couple off and hoof just not as good as used to be and cand be sensitive on rough ground thinking of taking them off but it's scary
 
Just to let everyone know, farrier took back shoes off as back ones are in good condition and recommended me feed will update in a few months :)
