I recently sold some stuff through Ebay. I have a 100% record, both as a seller and buyer. Today I got some negative feedback and am SOOOO upset!
Basically, I got a message through asking where the item was as it wasn't received. Answered politely saying that it had been posted on Monday (bought on Friday evening) If not received in the next few days then let me know and I would chase it. Got a message back saying that if it wasn't received tomorrow could they have a full refund as they wanted the item urgently and they only saved £1.... At no time was this communicated to me. And even if I had known then the best I could have done was Saturday postage.
I basically told her this and now she has given me negative feedback citing bad info. I have kept to all the t's and c's of Ebay. Now what?? I am about to reply to her asking her to retract her unfair feedback or report her to ebay?
