Urrm..where has LoopyLouises thread gone..

It wont be long before another thread is started outling the RSPCA's appauling behaviour!

There are plenty of websites detailing the disgusting behaviour of the RSPCA. To be honest, HHO should have left the thread on here to help others in LL situation and to allow us to continue to offer support at such a distressing time.

The politics and legalities on this forum is becoming boring now.

Whatever happened to freedom of speech?

I agree this thread could help others providing no slander has been committed. I am hoping Cayla can provide an update asap.

I was wondering where it had gone too. I have not been able to stop thinking about it all day - makes me feel sick, upset and soo angry that this has been allowed to happen. that poor dog, dragged away from their home to a strange place, they get sick due to stress and diet change and some c*ck and bull story is made up and they have the dog PTS without contacting the owner first? It just beggars belief. I have not supported the RSPCA for years due to similar stories. This has just made me very very angry with them, I hope they are mae accountable for their disgraceful actions in this case.

Very odd that its disappeared, and not helpful to anyone.

This is not entirely due to the RSPCA remember. Her first two dogs were siezed at being of "tyoe" under the dangerous dogs act.
She needs to contact DDAWatch, and specifically Alison Green as soon as possible. I can't stress enough how important it is that she do this, she really does need the expert help.

I've been telling LoopyLouise since day 1. Ali knows nothing about these
dogs so hasn't been contacted at all. I've no idea why, something is a miss
here.

I have a pedigree staffy, he is a big dog and i do sometimes get strange looks from people, but i normally tell them he is daft and usually most people who are wary at first come over and stroke him.. This DDA and BSL laws are totally ludcrous.. They are looking at the wrong end of the lead, its not the dogs fault !!!! My busta wood rather lick you to death than hurt you, and he is amazing with people. My main problem is when i take him for walks, other people have their dogs off lead and it has caused trouble at times, and i usually end up having to pick my dog up just to stop any grief,,,,,, I would hate for my staffy to be taken away from me over some stupid dumb law that dlearly does not work.... I really hope LoopyLouise gets her dogs back, but from the cases i have read, it is a very long and hard struggle... The local police around my area know my dog and will always stroke him if they are walking the beat, so thats one good thing..

The thread was removed for legal reasons. I was one of the people that asked that it was..... for ALL parties concerned.
Please refrain from posting further on the subject.
Freedom of speech is all well and good as long as your speech is informed ;) Please girls drop the subject, its helping nobody to keep it running.

I aked for this post to be pulled, (I never did it) because I had little time to wipe my arse today let alone come back here, but indeed for legal reasons it had to go.
As LL first suggested the bitches are gone under the DDA and the dog for welfare reasons, and as long as it is on going specualtion needs to stop.

QR - not aimed at anyone in particular.

The situation regarding these dogs is at a delicate stage and there are negotiations taking place, if you want the best outcome for these dogs, please refrain from talking about it on the open forum, this is not censorship, it is asking you to please act in the best interests of these dogs.

Cheers.

Oh Good Grief!! Is this true??

Who on earth home checked her then before she took Shades on?
J&L must be beside herself :( What a tragic outcome :(

Nobody did!!!, it was a private rehome between JadyandLady and LL, Jadey and her family do know I have informed them.

I could not ofer back up as a rescue for him as we where full and I had no time to work with his behaviour, I will not rehome a dog wit our back up without working with it's behavour and I personally would never have sent a dog with such behavioural issues that far down th country, but it was the choice of LL and Jadey.

I had previously offered to home him and found a very good local home but they decided then to keep the dog, then decided a few weeks later they wanted rid of him again so Jadey asked for help on the forum as she was concerned he was going to be rehomed free from facebook, so LL offered to take him and Jadey wanted him to go to her, I was travelling with another dog that day and so agreed to take the dog (shades) so far down and BrownMare then took the dog to LL.

Hope that answers your question.

No blame apportioned to you at all Cayla - I know you always try to help.

But it does make you realise how "taken in" we can be on this forum. When I read threads I always assume they are and live the same as me - which is ridiculously naive!! I need to get out of this sheltered life and look to the real world!! And threads like this certainly open your eyes! Thank God I stick to "normal" breeds!!! :)

I know I am adding to this post so thereby keeping it going...BUT
as has been stated and as far as I can make out the thread HAD to be deleted due to the fact that it was detailing what was going to be a court case.
Those that are concerned about providing information to other staffie owners, why not create a new thread that stays factual, contains no names nor emotions?

No blame taken:D he only hitched a ride in my car, I do not take these things lightly when rehoming one of ours, we rehome with full back up, it would not have been right for me to home a dog and not assess it appropriately.
We don not know all the facts, so like I say no point speculating yet, im sure LL will be back on.

There are plenty of people, including at least two users on here, who keep their dogs in flats with no problems.

Talk about the DDA all you like, as Woops says, it would be very useful, but make no mistake, these dogs will not be helped with the continuation of this thread, she said, continuing the thread...

If you read the link I posted, it states in a post by LL that she wasnt
allowed pets. Cayla has confirmed it isnt true, however.

I never said anything about dogs being kept in flats :/

Maybe she was not fibbing, she was prob told that by the council because they prob dont want any more pet issues , and I understand it from being (informed there are alot of pet owners in the flats), but peope are allowed them in the flats, but I think a limited amount.
This is an area I believe with alot of issues regarding pits and pit types and the police/rspca have to been seen to be keeping a close eye on dogs/owners.
