I use straw pellets atm but was wondering about giving wood pellets a go.
However i like how my straw pellets perform so would only like to try wood pellets if they are similar.
So basically my question is...
Do wood pellets compact down underneath into a solid layer (if not lifted everyday obviously)?
I love the fact that in the week i only have to scoop the poop off the top of my bed (no wet) and then one weekend day i just dig out the damp spot - saves me so much time.
Are pellets like this too or do they act more like shavings and not compact?
