vet looking to refer mare with a ligament injury (see post re intersesamoidean injury) and been given options of three counties, b&w or western counties.
Western Counties is closest, but vet says unsure of who they have specialist wise these days, Three counties are very good, as are B&W. Can anyone speak to experience?
We'll be looking to confirm the injury site is driving the lameness, check for anything else going on and then throw the best treatment I can fund at it. That said, I don't want to do things for the sake of it, only where it makes sense so much prefer somewhere that doesn't just like using up the insurance money!
