I'm sorry, but if my horse was bleeding from his mouth and his man bits, I would have had a vet out last night.

I hope he is ok.

He's actually on treatment from the vet.....seems he had deteriorated this morning.

OP said he deteriorated last night and vet wasn't coming out until this afternoon. Does seem a long time for what sounds like a hideous thing to happen.
