First and foremost NN I am so sorry to hear about your poor moggy and send big hugs to you. Secondly to the new poster I am a relatively new poster to AAD though have been on HHO for years and don't find it remotely cliquey/bitchy. All I have been given is support and caring messages in what has been a yuck few weeks for me and my dog and no exclusion because I'm not part of a group. It stands to reason that on an internet forum with regular users people are bound to get to know each other and become friendly...you can't castigate people for that and if you set yourself apart from them then you ostracise yourself!!
 
NN I am so sorry that Henny didn't make it. Please try and take some comfort in the fact that her life may have been short but was obviously very happy with you.
PR don't really think your posts even deserve a comment, but suspect you are not a new poster but a very unpleasant troll, please go and annoy someone else, you are not wanted on AAD.:mad:

Wow you really are rather hideous. Perhaps we are seen as rather cliquey, that just stems from the fact its a much smaller board than others on here and there are not as many regular posters as other parts of the forum. However we always welcome sensible new posters with open arms and offer support to anyone who may need it.
How do you know we havn't met NN? Please take your foul postings into another thread if you wish to continue, its not appropriate to be taking up this odd dispute on the thread of someone who has lost a pet.
I'm sorry NN that this is continuing. Please do not allow yourself to be upset by it. x
 
Thanks guys, I'm going to take some time away from the forum for a while, not wholly due to this post I might add. I just need to sort some things out. All the good wishes are much appreciated xx
 
I have only just read this thread!

Poor NN - what a horrible way it turned out not just for Henny but the awful snide remarks posted here - shame on you :mad:

Puppy summed it up succintly a few posts up for me.

I know I often have differing views from the most popular posters in this section but hell, it makes for a good debate :) but at the end of the day - we really are all here for each other with hugs and very valuable advice.

Don't stay away for too long NN xxx
