I saw 2 Dandie Dinmonts few years ago. In a normal trim and the hair on the head cut short, they looked nicer than the over the top show version.
I have always fancied getting one but a number of people have told me they can be a bit scrappy with other dogs. Someone on here( can’t remember who) bred them I think at one point and said something about fighting. Put me off a bit.A Glen of Imaal? We have a lovely one that's walked nr my yard. So rare though.

Never had one but the old GK at the farm here had one. Being a game keeper I’d consider him a pretty dog experienced person but this little thing was hilarious.I really like the look of Teckels too but read somewhere that they can be difficult to train
Does anyone know if that's true?
