Water container wheel barrow bag

They work but they get very heavy and the water slops about inside them. I wouldn't want to be pushing one down long uneven tracks in the mud! I've also used the rolling water barrels that come with a handle that you push. They sell them for people who go caravanning. Some of those would be a better idea I think
 
I bought two years ago, for the same reasoosn, but both were bust within weeks, waste of money imo.

Not sure what else to suggest - we are lucky enough to have a quad now so use that to carry water containers and makes life a lot easier.
 
I had an H2Go and it barrowed ok; the problem was tipping it out into the tub at the other end as the tub has to be much lower than the barrow
I suppose siphoning it out might work
 
Fabulous products - I used my first one for 2 years - yes there is a technique with your wheelbarrow & tipping - we use old plumbing water tanks - Ive recently bought my 2nd bag & went for the bigger 80litre - 2 handed is a breeze - 1 handed just dont overfill it

I had a h2go. There was definitley a knack to tipping it up to empty it without it falling out of the barrow and going everywhere, but once I'd sussed it it was easy. Certainly a lot easier than carrying many buckets or a heavy container

put the bucket inside and if it slops over , when I get to where I am going I place the bucket down and poor spills back into bucket Also really good to soak hay in

Yeah I use one to get water to one of my fields. If the ground is wet then just don't over fill it, and yes there's a knack to emptying but its the best solution I've found other than a reeeeeally long hosepipe ?
 
Depending on how much water you want to move in one go, a couple of 10l containers in a barrow might be easier as you can just pick them up and pour the water out
 
Yep - I like them. Had them for ages until the mice chewed a hole in them. I now use a really long hosepipe which I forget about on a regular basis, emptying a 1000lt water tank into the field.
 
Yes, useful but not the easiest to use, water sloshes around while barrowing so difficult to stop it tipping. Also had a couple of incidents where it slipped out of the barrow when tipping it to the bucket and couldn't lift it back in for the lift of me, had to empty on the ground and take back to refill!
 
I've got a H2go. I've used it all summer while the fields were split up. I had to tie rope across top of barrow to stop it sliding forward, but it worked perfectly otherwise. I used the large tub drugs as they were the right height to pour in to

I hate them..used one once..it fell out of the barrow and I nearly did myself an injury trying to wrestle it back into the barrow. A friend was helping and it was like trying to pick up a dead body....it didnt help that we were laughing fit to burst with the silliness and the effort of it all...never again.
