Last year I got some amazing fleecy lined waterproof jods from Robinsons (in the sale, I think - I know they cost next to nothing!!). They are so warm and cosy and totally waterproof! They don't do them any more!

Could anyone recommend any others (that don't cost a fortune!) as I really, really, REALLY hate a soggy bottom!:o and I need to get a smaller size! (weight loss - yay!);)

These had some stretch, but not as much as usual ones, I suppose. They are comfy, though. They are lined with fleecy stuff and sooo cosy! I found them fine - and I am usually very picky!

Oooh! I like the Three Lows ones (I've seen them before, I think) - quite like a checky pattern myself! The others look excellent, very smart but a tad expensive for a 'happy hacker' like me!

Hi I work at Robinsons and I know we do the fleecy lined ones in our Basingstoke Store but I don't think they're waterproof. I tend to just wear full chaps with the fleece in them when I hack out in the bad weather.

I have these. however I don't really like them. I had to buy a size 16 when I am normally a 12/14 they were then a bit big around the waist but still tight around the top of the leg and crotch, I am constantly pulling them up into the crotch to be able to move my legs when riding

Would not recommend the Splash ones - I bought a pair at Badminton, having quizzed the guy ont he stand and been assured they were 'water repellant'. He said 'obviously if you rub water in to them with with a soaked sponge the water will go through, but it will normally just run off'.
First time I rode in the rain, soaked straight through in a minute. They were only £30 though so I figured worth a try, but I would certainly not recommend!
