Please can you recommend....waterproof unlined over trousers suitable for riding in....not bulky?! Thanks...I'm soaked.
Thanks for this as I was looking at the lower end of the market..did make me snigger!! Hope you've dried out now.I don't recommend Shires. For the price I expected better. Felt damp this morning and as soon as I sat down to drive home they wicked the water INWARDS so I was actually wet when I got home!

These, they're cotton lined, a little stretchy, not russley/slippy and best of all come in tall length. You can find them cheaper on eBay usually.

Such a good point..not noisy (or slippy)!!! And Lintel for the waterproof jodhpurs.... Thank you both - a great help! I'm still drying out my stuff from this morning...determined to get this one sorted.I have some peter storm ones very waterproof. Not too shiny or noisy, have ridden in them and not slippy. Try regatta outlet online have some good bargains. I got a waterproof coat for £15 and when I say waterproof I mean waterproof its fab.
These look brilliant and a great price..I had never heard of this company. Are they true to size? Really nice colour too.Decathlon have now brought out waterproof Jodhpurs! Tried them out yesterday can't say how they wear out as I have just got them but cosy fleece lining kept me super warm and the outer is a sort of flexi leathery type of stuff and was brilliant! Can't fault them so far best buy of the year!

I've had these for about a month now, and I don't know how I survived winter without them before! They do feel a bit strange on the outside, but the fleecy inside is lovely and so warm. They have stayed waterproof through a few real soakings, and wash up nicely. I also like the stretchy bottoms instead of velcro (which I hate). Shame they only come in one colour!
Size wise they are a bit strange - if you have large hips and a small waist, the waistband will be very large on you! I normally get size 12 and bought the 42 on the advice of the shop (they ordered them in for me), but I should really have got the 40, as I spend a lot of time pulling them up! I'm not too worried, I liked them so much I will be buying a second pair and will go for the smaller size!
