It's been raining in our part of W Yorks all day. We have had the first wet dog walk for ages, even put on their dressing-gowns to dry off and my jeans got wet almost up to my knees, from the grass. The grass in the fields is looking greener, too, thank goodness!

I got soaked this afternoon dog walking as we had quite steady rain for a few hours.

Pony spooked at two puddles this evening as if he's never seen one before ?

Here in North Kent, we've just had a torrential downpour. All very fine, apart that all things wooden are leaking ferociously . . .
The cat has flounced off and is now sitting in his (plastic) yacht. This is a pretty little sailing boat that has been abandoned by her owners and has an open entrance hatch.
His Lordship is sitting on the chart table, studying a chart of the Estuary . . .
