Wedding horse

Well done her, hoping from a wall onto a massive horse in a huge but beautiful dress, hats off to her ( sorry could not resist) :D

And well done to you and your boy, he looks and sounds like a real gent x

Wonderful photos, you must be so proud. And what a good boy! I wish mine would be half as well behaved with 'normal' things, let alone all the new things your boy would have experienced yesterday. He's just beautiful :):)

The horse looks lovely, I'm really not keen on her dress or hair for a wedding though. They look like a lovely family and loving the dogs with bows on

Lovely pics, I had my horse at my wedding too, just for pics I didn't arrive on him.

An excuse for me to squeeze in a photo? Ah, go on then ;)

You'll also notice I too am hatless - that hair took hours to do, I personally was more worried about him treading on my bare feet! :D

Not a great pic of me, but good one of him :)

What beautiful pics of a lovely day - and those plaits, wow :)

Spud used to do Indian weddings (when he still had his man-bits). There are some beautiful photos of him somewhere, I must see if I can find them.

That's gorgeous. So romantic. It reminds me of that bit in the princess bride where she jumps from a wall, and her wedding dress spreads out as she lands in Andre the Giant's arms on a horse.

I really should get out more.

I had to jump on from a wall, although had practised with my horse with a big poufy dress and a step ladder in the weeks beforehand :D

Oh wow stunning! What a beautful gentle looking quality horse. It's made me want to have my horse at my wedding now! lol :)

I am Inigo Montoya, you killed my father, prepare to die! :D

Love, love, love it in our house :D

I rode my Arab gelding to and from chapel for my wedding - I made my dress so tht I could ride astride in it. My husband rode my TB mare, and my bridesmaid rode her connemara/Arab JA pony. I had a page dog, too, but I can't find a photo of Repo that I can scan in!

Lovely to see all these photos, and your ex racer must have made you extremely proud!

Triskar- My mum's was eerily similar to yours. I wish I had a photo here but there all at home. My Grandma made hers for her :)

What a great example of a fantastically reschooled ex-racer. He's gorgeous :)
Love the pooches with their bows on too!!

Beautiful photos! You must be so proud! And wow, I'd be a bit daunted at getting on a strange 18hh horse in a big dress! Kudos to the bride! :D

Lovely photos from everyone! :)

What wonderful pictures. I am not into tall leggy types but can totally appreciate them, your boy is gorgeous and really looks the part, I would be a very proud mummy too :)

How absolutely beautiful :D and what an absolute saint your boy is!
I'd kill to have my boy at my wedding but he's a stupidly compact thing and I think I'd struggle to find a side saddle to fit him and accomodate me arse!
