& then off to do 2 Elementarys at Harolds Park on Sunday.
Spider is still off after his op but I'm able to graze him in hand for a bit, so hopefully that'll perk him up

Im hopefully clipping Shadow again tomorrow - he's a hairy beast AGAIN (honestly, he needs to be clipped about every fornight!) and Im going into town to pick up a cage and things for Saturdays arrival... on Sat going to collect my new rat babies from the Charity place :p and then Sunday am show jumping.

Today Im hoping our yard and gateways will all be finished off as we're having huge drains put in etc. 6 tonnes of hardcore has just arrived :O

Good to hear that you're back on the road S_J ! How is the leg now- is it completly back to normal? Hope that there is no lasting stiffness or anything?

[/ QUOTE ]

Unfortunatly still a fair way off normal and not sure it will ever be right but certainly to a stage I can do most things. Still poor flexibility and strength in the ankle but I will have to get it stronger and then learn to adapt. It nice to be doing things again anyway.

Off to do my first affiliated dressage on Sunday, P4 and 12 - clipping and probably a hack Saturday, though may also pop down to the opening meet on foot (will my horse EVER forgive me that he has to dressage this weekend instead of hunt...?!)

Ta. Soap's first one is about 8.50, mine is straight after. These were the 'lunchtime tests' we requested, obviously. Am starting to share your opinion of NH!!

Still at least it leaves the rest of the day free.......to sleep!

Apparently it's going to be really packed up there, they've had so many entries, so quite probably that it won't be running on time anyway! Lucky you getting a lie in

My RC has decided it would like to put a quadrille team together, so Sat am girlie and I are off to see how she takes to it, to see if we'd be any good for the team (-I'm thinking poss not but its worth a go!)
laugh.gif

Then Sat night a fireworks ball at a friends pub with lots of people not seen for ages.
Sun she's having her teeth done and then we're having a lesson and hopefully being videoed to start planning for music for some unaff Dressage to music I'm hoping to enter!
Good Luck and have fun to all

Its our opening meet tomorrow and I'm hunting a horse I've never ridden before so that could be interesting...!! Then a new horse is arriving for me to hunt for 4 months on Sat evening so will be riding her for the first time on Sunday - nice hack with some jumps to try her out properly and take her out for a gallop.

Will also be giving my old horse a huge amount of love and tlc on Sunday and spending a lot of time with him before the vet comes out on Monday to give his final diagnosis on whether he is ever going to come right. Could be very tearful!!
