Weekend plans....?

Well done everyone out competing! MP I cannot wait to see Kira's first Medium!

Yesterday we went to Olympia for the evening, did too much shopping and also got to watch the driving which was excellent fun, it was like XC driving i think? and we also watched the showjumping - was really interesting to see that about a 1/3 of the field (including Bertram Allen) had left patches of unclipped fur where the spurs go, something that i've never seen there before!

Then today i worked on two yards this morning, mucked out a total of 16 horses and associated yard chores all before lunch then took Ruby showjumping as apart of my winter aims, classes were tiny so ended up nearly missing my first class (Again!) quick warm up and she jumped really well unfortunately just rolled one upright in the 85, then did the 90 and she was unreal, just absolutely amazing! We kept them all up but i didn't take the turns that the ponies were taking so no rose today - just a few piccies - but thats the real prize anyway!

Well we survived Christmas dressage :lol:

Second attempt at Prelim and ended up on 66% and 6th place, despite napping in the warmup .

She's so cool for a four year old .

:lol: Happier for it to me shrinking than the beast growing :eek3: she's not going to continue to fit in my box if she continues much longer!!!

With main beast out of action ive been doing some stuff with baby horse. Was supposed to be hacking but not in the awful fog on saturday, so put out some poles to make the school more interesting. He loved it...and did eventually walk over them calmly! SJer in a cart horse body.

He is such a cool dude!

Wowee look at her go, you're definitely going to have to get use to jumping higher if you want to be jumping bigger than she is .

I can continue in denial until her head needs a sunroof, the fact she itched her plaits out on the roof is entirely not relevant :eek3:.
