Well, a late addition but at least I did something!
Somehow managed to choose the nicest sunniest day for a lesson. Ponio hasn't been ridden in a week due to torrential downpours but she was good as gold, as usual. I need to be fussier with the roundness at home, lots of homework

Bog has been an arse to hack, so full of it. Video doesn’t really capture his annoying behaviour but think constant jogging, making everything possible into some sort of story/event, going sideways, wrenching reins out of my hands and lurching into some sort of Spanish movement (he never properly bucks or broncs anymore as he knows he will have a stingy arse if he does).

In his defence he’s being fed a fair amount of hard feed to keep weight on and I’ve not worked him enough. Anyway yesterday I schooled the sod until he was properly tired and today he was an angel (I did put some acoustic ears on too) and not one hint of a jog. Hopefully he will tone it down a bit now.

Shiny, fit, happy boy but needs to get back in his Boggle box and shut up a little ?

I will attempt to get a video of a hack out on Polly, it might make you feel a bit better. It’s like riding a pogo stick on speed.
