Probably not unusual for a pointy dog because sleeping in strange and seemingly uncomfortable configurations seems to be their thing...

She has also got in the habit of absolutely flying back into the house and upstairs after her morning garden business. As far as I can tell it's raw enthusiasm for...going back to bed!

We have a young GSD bitch who likes to wee in the middle of big puddles. I've never had a dog do that before (although we've nearly always had boys) and wondered if it was a normal thing.
Yep, my wierdo above does that too! I'm not sure that makes it a normal thing, but at least you're not alone 😅

Another weird sighthound. Brindle Lurcher doesn’t like water but on a hot day will find a muddy puddle, lie down in it, get up, wee in the puddle and then have a drink. Always in that order!
