I originally went to see a 14yr old 15.2hh cob x thoroughbred (1/4 cob x 3/4 tb) gelding. Was a lovely boy but a bit to 'fizzy' for me!
They also had a gorgeous 12yr old 16.3hh Chestnut Thoroughbred mare. From what they were saying she sounds perfect. Doesnt get 'mare-ish' at all. Very laid back even though there was another 9 horses going crazy and bombing around the field! She used to race but retired from racing due to an injury but this does not affect her now. Off to see her again on Tuesday and take her for a ride. Here's just a couple of pics i took of her (no ridden ones as they didnt take her tack down to the field the horses were in) What do you guys think? And sorry about massive pics, really dont have a clue how to resize!
