Grand OP, but it always seems like you say something is an issue, ask for advice and then when people say something you don't like, then suddenly it's not an issue after all and everything is fine.
As I'm one of the people who apparently seems to offer the wrong advice, I'll not annoy you any further and bow out, enjoy your new pup and best of luck in future.

I really don't think that's true. I asked about the jumping up, you and Skinny dipper put me right on dealing with that, I was grateful and that's what I've been doing since.
I didn't ask for advice on this thread about Cecil and Bert arguing, everyone just dived in to tell me how wrong i was.
I assume you mean my thread about the older lab wanting to stay home and play. No i didn't take him to the vet to get checked out because he was/is fine. That was a positive thread imo, he is an older dog having a second spin at being young, i thought that was really lovely for him and still do.
I have taken a lot of advice from both you and other regular posters over the years.
