Mmmm... Not sure about that claim... If the back strap is rigid it could cause more problems. If it's not rigid the hat could be forced back onto the neck.

I understand the point of the article, but I am just as entitled to my decision as she is to hers. I think they look a bit ridiculous, and she thinks they look great. I think the difference between having an opinion and being a bully would be to go out of my way to tell her I think it's ridiculous, and then taking those comments personal - the people who have done that are very unfair, it's completely unnecessary.

I don't think I've ever seen the word cervical used without saying cervical 'what', eg cervical vertebrae, unless it was referring to the cervix of the uterus. I would say 'cervical' used on its own in this country always means somewhere this hat definitely doesn't cover!
