Exactly as the post says............ What are your horsey goals for 2007?

I aim to compete my LW baby cob in a few novice classes and a few novice working cobs too!! ( and do well of course!!!)

To do lots of Equitation and WHP classes with Castle

I also would like to do a few hunter trials, and possibly do some SJAI!

theres already been a post on this a while ago. But heres mine again:

- For Bloss to get sucessfully into foal
- To get Archie really fit and competing medium/advanced medium by the end of the year
- Qualify him for the summer regionals at novice open and perhaps elementary restricted.
- Qualify for the BRYDs Nationals

To do well at the Winter nationals (...or just not make a fool or ourselves!)

To progress to Medium

To get Louis out eventing and SJ more often

To afford to buy a little horsebox!

To continue having a happy and healthy horse!

4 horses, 4 goals....

1. To find a magic cure for my gorgeous little mare in the hope that I can compete her again. Alternatively to find a wonderful stallion, so that she can enjoy motherhood.

2. To find my old lady again. She was previously the definition of 'the perfect horse', went away for 3 weeks and is now unrecognisable. I'm determined to get her back somehow.

3. To have loads of FUN on my youngster. She's an ex-racer and has had such a hard life. We're going to go and try everything, from dressage to trec and jumpcross.

4. To get placed in a prelim class on the gelding. Pathetic aim i know, but between him and me we're the blind leading the blind!

I feel a busy 2007 coming on!

To live and breath horses. I intend to ride everyday, box to beautiful rides and get my young horse competing.

I am really looking forward to this year and have decided to be totally selfish with my spare time. As a married person, I have always limited my riding not to upset hubby and interfere with our lives. This year the horses come first and he will have to take a small backwards step or get involved.

Put Hattie in foal.
Win a county show on Hattie.
Compete at county level, in hand, with Gyp.
Get Gyp cantering and jumping with a rider.

Not much really

Well it was get consistant clears BN & Dis and hopefully work our way up to NC and also qualify for a few things like Bluechip and Wales and West but at the mo just getting into the jump off would be nice

I am also hoping to have my own horsebox by the end of this year/begining of next but maybe i am just dreaming about that too!!

Get Georgie fit. Do my first ever dressage test - my first Georiges second! And generally get him out and about as much as possible. Also try my hand at jumping again and see if I can get over the nerves!

At the moment just being able to stay sat on my horses would be good, and not feel like im gonna be put on the floor every five minutes DAMN fit horses!

Get winston jumping DCs at BN and Disc. Do a couple of OPN classes before the ground gets hard.
Snoopy out and about eventing moving up to PN hopefully qualifying for something, BYEH or PAVO would be good and also jumping BN and DC and hopefully more before i have to sell him SOB

To keep J soundish and happy and find a nice sharer to ride him
To back R without any major problems and then decide whether to keep or sell.

Mine is really simple....to lose enough weight to get on Belle. (daughters 14.2 hh pony)Have lost 2 stone since November but have got a long way to go yet.
I suffered whiplash after a riding accident on my mare (now sold) just over 3 years ago and have ridden very little since. So just to lose the weight and have a ride on Belle will suit me just fine!!

to get flint to do more than pre lim 10, get him through the bsja rankings from BN, do an intermediate team chase (can do novice with eyes shut!) and generally try and stay on the bugger!

Well, Trike has already surpassed all expectations by qualifying for the Blue Chip Finals

Other than that, 4 DC's at BN and qualification for 90cm and/or 1m Amateur Champs would be great.

For Bo, to get him going well again and qualify for Scope and 1m and/or 1.10m Amateur Champs. If we could get going consistently around 1.20m's too it would be a bonus, but i'm not going to lose any sleep if we don't

To keep my boy out 24/7 without putting loads of weight on! To carry on with my endurance and do as many as I can and enjoy ourselves!
