What bit is this?

Bon came with this, it's flexible, and apparently somewhat chewable ? On that basis, I'd like to know before I might have to replace it!
Also, if anyone knows if it's any sort of competition legal - it doesn't matter yet but if its not I'll be looking eventually for something that is

I think TFF has it - the Netherlands logo is different. The Trust looks the same
