Ah, 'the next equine project', he is gorgeous.
Debatable at times.
There is a 6 year old Lux Z on horsequest. No decent pictures but write up fits your needs.

As with all these posts there is a wide variety of interpretations as to what a buyer will take/expects will accept.
You could rock up to Irish horse imports and walk away with a 4yo 4K horse who in 6 months time could be just what is wanted.
You will note I did have quite a wide range!
I know a nice 6yo hunted but not competed who will be up in the 12-15 bracket (and I have no reason to believe won't sell at that) and another 6yo just sold for significantly more than that with 5 BE outings. Behind the scenes the really nice ones are selling for good money.
There will be plenty on the market on paper would fit criteria for smaller price 4-6k, but you'd be on a mission to find one that had been well produced and sound!
Yeah it is possible to get what OP wants for cheaper but you have to accept more training is necessary of course and i don't think OP wants that.
My horse for example could be almost what they want if he would behave. He is capable of doing 1.20 really we have seen him jump to almost the top of the wings with ease but he doesn'tdo a lot of jumping because he is only 7 and don't want a fast produced horse I want one that will still be sound at 20+. He is more than capable of dressage the few judges that have seen him love him and with a competent rider who can actually sit to his movement (I can't haha) he would probably win most of the time currently up to elementary. He can hack but never hunted as there are no hunts around here but i dont think he would be an idiot. But he is green because i am not pushing him and he was 3k to buy because he was skinny and underfed at the time.
He isn't what OP wants currently though as she wants a horse that can do everything right now so she will have to pay more. It is definitely possible to spend less though.
I'd prefer 4 legs

Is that the same as "I would have won that if we didn't have 3 down".![]()
You are assuming I don't know this but in fact you are preaching to the converted.
The point I was trying to make was the OP was far too brief in description to give an accurate price.
