Today I am sporting a small but none the less obvious, horse related bruise to my lower lip / chin along with a nice cut on the inside of said lip. Would anybody care to hazard a guess how it got there? Special prize for the first to guess correctly.

I was sporting a lovely black eye where my little darlings dragged me and I effectively headbutted the top of a fencepost (not to be recommended!)

Some sort of being smacked into a fence related injury?

Pulling a very large and tough rooted old ragwort. Roots suddenly release flinging you on your rear end whilst wacking yourself in the face with your hand still clutching the football sized root ball...,..did that once because I simply couldn't be bothered to walk 200 yards back to get the ragwort fork.?

Horse stumbled causing you to drop forward, horse corrects quickly and your lip meets horse neck?

OR

Youre bending down to unlatch a gate and horse decides to turn head and give you an enthusiastic kiss?!
