Havana Brown all the way. I have a complete averison to black - sold my dressage saddle partly because I was going travelling and because it was black!
My second was 'black tack? does anyone actually have BLACK tack?'
. Having spent time watching hunter classes with me you'll have guessed my standpoint already though..... and what I think about buckles on cheekpieces, buckles on reins, buckles lined up with eyes, nosebands too low/high/wrong weight for horse... blah, blah, blah
I am doomed as none of my tack matches! I have brown bridle and black saddle of dressage and black bridle and brown saddle for jumping. I have tried to swop the bridles round but it just does not work as all my jumping nosebands are black and all my dressage ones are brown!
I do match in dressage on warmblood though as the bridle I was given is black. I like black for dressage and brown for jumping.
I much prefer brown tack.
My grey is in brown tack and he looks smart in it.
It is a very dark brown mind, I made myself laugh actually was talking to people on the yard about what colour tack we have and for some reason I assumed mine was black. Well I thought the bridle was.
Friend had to correct me and say its brown, how could i not know since i put it on everyday lol.
