Ok,
So i hate..

Muddy horses
Muddy horse dreadlocks
Mud
Plastic bridles
Cleaning feed buckeys....
Sure ill think of some more! Please add yours!

Muddy fields and getting stuck in them and then having to get someone to help you pull your Wellington out!!!!

today I hate people who help themselves to my tack. At least they returned it, albeit after they used it and dumped it in the club room without hanging it up to be cleaned.
At least I got it back - I'm still looking for one of my grooming kits.

Getting shavings of stable rug or anything woolly(easiest bedding to manage for an asthmatic)

Long boots that don't have zips, nightmare to get of when they get all sweaty, I often need assistance getting my old ones off.

Mucking out stable then horsey does a big dump on fresh, clean bed as soon as he enters (grrr, had to hold it in till he came indoors eh?)

Haynets. I hate them more than anything. But I make my round up into haynets so I can empty them quickly before work in the morning. But I still hate them.

I hate it when the sun comes out and then every single person, dog and child comes into the school to ride! Never see them in there from one week to the next but a little bit of sun and they flock in!! It wouldn't be so bad but none of them seem to know the basic etiquette of i.e. left to left and basically look where you are going!

Plus mud of course!

This.

Other, things that annoy me:

Liveries, with opinions that can't keep them to themselves. Yes, I appreciate you think doing NH or choosing to keep my horse barefoot or with a herd of pink, fluffy, flying pigs my is a waste of time, but I didn't ask for your opinion & I wouldn't in a month of Sundays. Let and live, quietly, please.

Taking (unsafe) shortcuts & wondering why it all ended in a mess/tears/vets bill.

Dark, grim mornings.

mud
even muddier gateways
v early mornings trampling in mud to put hay out
watching my older mare who's previously lived on sandy land, struggle with the mud :(
feeling guilty as my horses are in mud (then feeling guilty when i bring them in to be out of mud as they like being out) - this dilemma baffles my OH!
not being able to ride as much as id like as all my free time in week its pitch black and when i do ride it takes ages to even get the tacked bits clean!

lying water
not rinsing bits after riding
cold
snow s
snow
snow
snow
oh and snow its not even nice on a Christmas card I hate the stuff

When people tie their horses up really long and they wander around at the end of the lead rope. I don't know why, but it kills me :p

Eta, yes, high winds too! Hate them! I get an earache if it's anything more than a slight breeze and have to wear stupid hats...

hay with thorns in!!!

This!

Especially when I'm filling a haynet at night and it's dark and I get a thorn in my hand then have to wait until I get home to extract it!

Also managed to get a piece of hay in my eye the other week. Had to drive home with a sore blinky eye. Was about 20 minutes before I could get the damn thing out!

I can tolerate mud, wind and rain as my horse can go out in those conditions. However I am dreading the ice and snow coming as she will need to stay in as she is a high laminitis risk. We don't put hay out as too many horses in the field :(

I also hate driving in the ice & snow but have to do it to get to the yard.
So ice & snow gets my vote!

Rain. Rain makes the horse soggy and then he rubs against me :( also rain makes the ground muddy, gateways boggy and there's puddles everywhere which makes hacking my young horse almost impossible as he's scared of them! But what I hate most of all is people who leave broken glass on marked bridleways so that my connie has to have two weeks off work with a poorly foot and big vet bills.

The fact my waterproofs have started to go at the elbows so I can feel the water seeping in
The little hay seeds that stick to you when your wet
Wet shavings on the yard that refuse to be swept up
The bus particularly when soaking wet and muddy
Hauling wet muddy heavyweight rugs onto rug dryers
Sliding off the ramp up the muck heap and pouring a barrow full of muck on your head and then having to get on the a fore mentioned bus with the mad bus driver who laughs at me

Ice and heavy frost etc: yard at top of very steep hill!

When the battery for the electric fence gives out :(

Spiders in rugs...eek!

Someone used your tack???? I'd go mad!!

saddle cloths rammed down on withers :( fgs pull it up into the gullet !
dirty water buckets/topping water up constantly without emptying the old water out

there both my pet hates
oh and shoving rugs on and dragging them forward to fasten them , what is wrong with fastening the front then sliding it back to keep the hair lying flat

and "mushrooming" the damn haylage :p
