My farrier has just put his prices up to £95 for a full set and £30 for a trim. I know this is low compared to some others but interested to know what everyone else is paying and what approximate location to see how it varies!

€25 for a trim
€15 to trim fronts
€35 for half set
€65 for full set
If your horse looses a shoe it’s free if you find the shoe or €10 if you can’t

I don't mind paying slightly above average round here - my farrier always responds to my messages, is always on time (actually usually early, but lets me know when he's leaving the previous client), treats my horses well, and does a good job. On the flip side, I provide him with a clean, and dry when needed, working environment, well behaved horses, clean and picked out hooves, plus a cuppa. He's been my farrier for 13.5 years, even though I know he has reduced his client base for a better work/life balance, and has 'let go' quite a lot of other clients.

my farrier charges 110 for full set 80 for fronts only 35 for trim (scotland) he is on the high end in my area but he is a very good farrier and I wouldn’t use anyone else due to previous bad experiences with changing farriers

Berkshire £75 for fronts with 3d printed pads and dental putty. Would be £50 without the fancy bits.
Superb farrier, who is actually a Household Cavalry farrier. I didn't realise that they are encouraged to have private clients as well, even though they are serving military
